I also struggled with not knowing where to turn when I was questioning my sexuality. And I have been helping women questioning their sexuality and coming out later in life since 2010.
I am deeply curious about all things coming out later in life. I went through my process of coming out in 2002 and needed to figure out EVERYTHING about my newfound identity.
As a Lesbian Curiosity and Sexuality Coach, I share the wisdom from my personal and professional experience in all stages of this journey. We are stronger together!
My heartfelt mission is to help you wake up to the parts of yourself that keep you from being fully self-connected. I will support, encourage, and guide you as you travel on your path, which will be determined by you and not what anyone else says you are ‘supposed’ to do. As a bonus, you will begin creating an amazing community of like-minded women.
Professional Experience
As a Sexuality Coach, I work with women worldwide to support them as they discover that they are not as straight as they might have thought.
I have developed an experiential method called Unbox Your Sexuality™ that creates monumental transformation. The Unboxing Method has 3 phases over 12 weeks and includes Unpacking, Unlearning, and Unleashing schemas and narratives that we carry with us due to being born into a patriarchal society.
I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York. I have a private practice and work with individuals and couples struggling with sexuality, sexual issues, coming out later in life, and intimacy. I pull from various therapeutic methods to work with my clients, which supports my belief that one size doesn’t fit all. I have been sought out by women coming out later in life who need help managing internalized homophobia, feelings of guilt and shame, and struggling to embrace and embody their authentic selves.
To give women a safe space to explore, find, and live their truth and to create an embracing community for women around the globe questioning their sexuality or coming out later in life, I have built the Unbox Your Sexuality™ Program.
